Yesterday our PM made an impressive debut at Madison Square Garden, New York in front of over 19,000 people. He spoke about development and good governance. His tagline read – Unity, Action and Progress. He also announced the benefit for a Person of Indian Origin (PIO), as they would get a life-long visa for visiting India. As per tradition, Navratri is celebrated to worship nine different avatars of Goddess Durga. Each of the 9 days is a reverence to her different forms. In chronological order, they are Shailputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skanda Mata, Katyayani, Kalratri, Maha Gauri and Siddhidatri.
